Position: Admin Executive Industry: Tourism Salary Package: RM 1800 – RM2200 Working Location: Kepong, KL Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9am to 6.30pm Benefits: Yearly Increment, Company Trip, Special Allowance, Bonus, Training Opportunity, EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave & Sick Leave (Salary package will based on experience and performance) • Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents • Handle all general office administration and maintenance related works • Professional telephone handling incoming and outgoing calls and call transfers • To manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers • Have the ability to arrange events (seminar/conference/others), translation (bahasa malaysia & english), able to write, prepare letter and compile meeting minutes • Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by manager • To maintain proper filing system as per the head office guidelines; • To maintain proper recording of stock and inventory; • To ensure availability of all forms and documents and ensure proper documentation of the same at all times; • Provide backup support to kiosk team (including weekend and public holiday) when needed • Schedule and organize department activities • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies • Track all documents for approval and signage • Maintain office facilities as needed • Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times • Ensure confidentiality and security of files and filing systems Requirements: • Accept SPM holder who have at least 1-2 years of related experience • Fresh Graduate (with relevant Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration) is welcomed • Good attitude and able to maintain high confidential with necessary information • Willing to provide support whenever requested including weekend and public holiday.
