PA/Administrator(Cork City)
Our client is a specialist financial services company operating in the business re-structuring sector. They are currently recruiting for an experienced office administrator to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business. This role is an onsite post based in Cork City Centre. The successful candidate does need to have previous experience in an office environment, and to enjoy the responsibility of taking on a key role in a fast paced environment. A background in banking or financial services would be an advantage.
Job Duties:
- Manage a busy office diary of day-to-day duties.
- Working very closely with the MD of the practice.
- Liaising with several clients daily, by phone and email.
- Managing bank and creditor communication and queries.
- Manage an online banking facility and managing payments to and from client accounts.
- Display a strong level of empathy, compassion, and confidentiality.
- Typing documents, emailing, and managing customer relations.
- Managing client files under specific legal and Court terms.
- Learning terms and tracking performance of clients under same terms.
- Overseeing asset sales management, keeping a time management brief.
Experience Required:
- 1 to 3 years experience in a similar administrative role.
- Experience in banking or finance would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong customer engagement skills.
- Strong IT / Microsoft office skills.
- Professional manner with a confident competence.
- Competent typing skills and strong communication skills.
