As Digital Marketing & Content Creator Trainee, you will play a key role in taking our marketing efforts to the next level to support the business in this exciting phase of growth!
Reporting to the Business Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of four, learning from highly experienced, award-winning marketing professionals with varied backgrounds in developing B2C and B2B brands. You’ll develop your technical and commercial marketing skills to the max, paving the way for a bright and successful career in the field.
Not only will you support the growth of our company, but you’ll also deliver effective brand and vacancy marketing campaigns. You’ll gain broad experience across the full marketing mix, including content, digital and events.
Your role will include:
- Supporting the team in researching, planning and developing content ideas
- Writing effective copy for adverts, social media, award submissions and blog pieces
- Uploading and editing content on company website, learning to use a CMS
- Designing branded materials for social media, online and offline marketing
- Filming and editing creative video content, including client interviews
- Using Mailchimp to plan and deliver effective and engaging email campaigns, including vacancy marketing and newsletters
- Supporting the team in planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns
- Reporting on effectiveness and ROI on marketing activity and campaigns
- Keeping abreast of new social media technologies and digital marketing trends and insights; implementing these new technologies and insights in developing campaigns

Entry requirements
Minimum requirement SSCE

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦20,000.00 - ₦30,000.00 per month
